Address Accuracy (Click & Drop Service)

Please ensure that all delivery address details entered at checkout are complete and accurate before finalizing your order. Our shipping labels are generated automatically through the Click & Drop service, and your parcel will be dispatched exactly to the address you provide.

We are not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or improperly formatted addresses submitted by the customer. Any additional delivery charges or replacement costs incurred due to address errors will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the shipping process has begun.

Email Accuracy & Tracking Updates

To make sure you receive your tracking updates and delivery notifications, please double-check that your email address is entered correctly at checkout. Our Click & Drop system sends all tracking information to the email you provide.

If the email address has a typo or isn’t active, you may not receive those updates — and we don’t want you to miss anything! While we’re always happy to help, we aren’t able to guarantee tracking emails if the address was entered incorrectly.

If you spot a mistake after placing your order, just get in touch with us as soon as you can. We’ll do our best to fix it before your parcel ships.

Returns - please contact us prior to returning any item/s

Our no fuss returns policy means that if for any reason you not entirely satisfied or change your mind about your purchase, please contact us at info@specs4sports.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of goods. Return the product/s to us in Original condition, unworn, unused and with all labels/tags still intact within 28 days of the date you received the item, and we will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt of goods once received.

We are not responsible for the return postage of the goods unless faulty. If you return goods for other reasons then you will need to pay the return postage costs and return using a signed for delivery service and provide us with the tracking number, in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing in transit, Specs4Sports cannot be held responsible for any returns parcels lost in the post, therefore keep your receipt as proof of postage.

If your original order was part of a Multibuy or contained a promotional discount then this will be taken into account and the refund price of individual items may differ from the original selling price.
